At Windyridge Garden Centre, we want you to be delighted with your home and garden purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or visit our service desk with your order number and proof of purchase to start the returns process.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure that all products are unused, in their original packaging, and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit back to our centre.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it at a local courier point, or bring the items directly to our physical garden centre location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our horticultural team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
